- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing time may slightly increase.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with shipment details.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India and to selected international destinations.
Domestic Shipping
We provide shipping services throughout Kerala and other states across India.
International Shipping
International delivery is available only for selected countries and regions. Availability may vary depending on shipping regulations and courier service coverage.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Weight of the package
- Quantity of products ordered
- Shipping method selected
The exact shipping amount will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Free Shipping Offers

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Within Kerala
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Outside Kerala (Within India)
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.
Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided during checkout).
Customers can use the tracking number to monitor shipment status through the courier partner’s tracking system.
6. Packaging Information
We take special care in packaging coconut oil products to maintain product safety and quality during transportation.
- Bottles and containers are securely packed to prevent leakage or damage.
- Eco-friendly and protective packaging materials may be used whenever possible.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the package and product.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Public holidays or strikes
If delivery fails because of incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for rejected shipments due to country-specific import restrictions.

- Photos/videos of the package
