Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our coconut oil products. We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products with safe packaging and reliable service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged due to customer handling.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Due to the nature of consumable and personal care products, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used coconut oil products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Customized or special-order products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, leaking bottle/container, defective item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
  2. Share clear photos/videos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers should securely pack the item before returning it. In some cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake occurred from our side.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
  • Processing delays may occur depending on financial institutions

8. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements or exchanges only for damaged products, defective products, or wrong items delivered. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
